Shipping policy
Orders from Backstage Shopper are fulfilled through two methods depending on the product.
Print-on-Demand Products (apparel, accessories, and other custom items) are produced and shipped by our fulfillment partner, Printful. These items are made to order and typically ship within 2–5 business days of ordering. Estimated delivery times after shipping:
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Other Products are shipped by other suppliers. Shipping times will be noted on the product page or confirmed by email after your order is placed.
Orders containing both product types may arrive in separate packages.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
